One of the best counter service burger places in the area. Note that they are cashless and ordering is done via screen. They have a good assortment of standard and seasonal options. Customizations are easy with the digital menu. I was really impressed with the side ceaser salad I got instead of fries. Burgers were cooked appropriately and delicious. They also have great milkshakes. Even though you don't really interact much with the staff, they were very friendly and smiling and made me feel welcome as a customer.

Had a burger craving on a Monday night (as one does), and stepped in on a whim. The space is very well designed: it’s in an old industrial section of Tyson’s that’s popping up tons of fast casual food places, and the vibe was perfect. You order at a kiosk, which honestly I have mixed feelings about, because I think remembering that it’s not robots making my food, it’s in real life humans… but I have to say, the kiosk is nice because it walks you through the options the way only a robot can. And thanks to all the options popping up, I was able to add the crown jewel of burgers: a drippy egg. Wow. The food did not disappoint. My burger was delicious, and everything on top of it was fresh and complimented it perfectly. The sweet potato fries were crispy on the outside and so sweet and soft on the inside. The staff was super friendly and approachable, the environment was clean, and there were even little holders for the trays to show you where to put them (aka not the trash). My husband said the hot chicken was good, but could have been a little spicier for his taste. But honestly, 10/10, will definitely return.

The Burger was juicy and flavorful. The fries were crispy and delicious. Service was very quick and ordering at the kiosk was very convenient since we had never been there before, and it took a minute to look over the menu and options. Wish the seats were softer but other than that this place was perfect.

Excellent cheeseburgers! I tried the double bacon cheeseburger and it was excellent the first time. Visited there again and the burger was a little soggy! Consistency could be improved.

Basic Burger in Tysons West offers a solid dining experience. The burger was delicious and satisfying, and the drinks were fresh and refreshing. The computer screen payment system was user-friendly and made the ordering process smooth. Overall, I would definitely return. This place is comparable to Shake Shack—they are about neck and neck in quality and experience.

Just got to dine here on their Grand Opening today. I ordered a simple cheeseburger with their own sauce so I could only taste the Moo in the burger. I got it we'll done and it had a char, and was juicy. One of the best burgers in the area. I got a side of fries which are cut thin, and I opted for their seasoned fries, because fries are always better with a little kick to them. Good seasoning, and a nice crispy fry. Now, the fun part, going back to try their many other menu items and toppings!

Really taste burgers and (sweet potato) fries, freshly made after ordering. Very quick service still. Clean place. Please be aware that its a cashless restaurant though, so pay is only by card.

Had lunch here. Veggie burger and buttermilk chicken sandwich were delicious. Fried pickles are my all the favorite. They served it nice and hot. Definitely my go to place from now on. Clicked the veggie burger after eating half as I was super hungry
